Can anyone recommend Debenhams wedding insurance?

I was hoping to take out insurance for my big day and I heard that Debenhams wedding insurance is quite good, and I like the idea of going with them seeing as I am registered with their wedding service for the gifts. But before I agree I would like to know if people have had any good/bad experiences with them? Or if there are some slight details that went wrong that I could perhaps avoid if I know in advance, any help would be great!!! Thanks |

I can recommend them but the only thing I would advise you on is to make sure you don’t over insure yourself, I didn’t really go over the small print and then realised I was paying more insure for a budget of 1k flowers when I wasn’t even spending half of that for the wedding. You end up getting carried away. Perhaps go in an speak to the wedding service in Debenhams explain to them everything and see if they can give you some advice. Good luck!!!!

It's Debenhams of course they can be recommended..... they may charge a bit more than the other companies btu the service you get is excellent. I dont know, i felt like i was a film star and they wanted to cater to my every need. I used their bridal service too so perhaps i got a full view of their services but i really think the insurance is great. There was a problem with one of the tux's we had hired and they paid out no problem. I remember before choosing them i looked on many of the wedding magazine forums and the reviews are always good. Have a great wedding!!!!
