I do my banking with NatWest and wanted to organise a cheaper deal on travel insurance; NatWest are the best bet because they 'know' me as a customer and, I hope, will be willing to negotiate on the price... There is next to NO info on their website tho... Anyone done this before?

You can't get quotes online or even look at the policy in detail, that's true. There is a phone number listed though, and I'm sure they'd be able to tell you about cover. You probably won't be able to negotiate on the price unless you're dealing with someone face to face... so I'd advise making an appointment before you try to haggle. I managed to get a discount with my insurer when I took out three different policies (home, car, life) but I've never tried negotiating just because I'm an existing customer! Let me know how you get on.
