Can anyone recommend travel insurance? Asda offering 10% off, are they good?

I tend to travel quite a lot and have never used travel insurance. My friend however has just had to pay loads and it could have all been avoided I think with insurance so I have decided before I go out to meet her I have have HAVE to buy travel insurance! Asda has always been my insurer for my home and car but I have just been reading reviews online and apparently they are really bad for travel insurance, is this true? Online they are offering a 10% discount but I don’t know if its worth the risk if they never pay out on a claim. |

This is true, they are so bad. I tried to make a claim on such a simple thing and they have no intention of paying. Apparently I didn’t report it on time, but I was on a cruise, I couldn’t report it until we docked….. ridiculous. |
