Best quality travel insurance? Hiscox or other suggestions?

I'm looking for high quality travel insurance. Hiscox are apparently among the best in the business for home and personal insurance, but I can't seem to find travel insurance among their policies... I know they're exclusive but I want 100% peace of mind for my upcoming honeymoon trip: not an insurer who offers me a cheap deal and then refuses to pay out! |

I don't think Hiscox offer travel insurance. They only offer a few 'regular' insurances anyway, and I think these are intended to cover exclusive customers too. Most of their policies are for things like antique cars and race horses... perhaps travel just isn't specialised enough to make it worth their while? My wife and I went on honeymoon last year and got travel insurance from Kuoni, where we also booked our holiday. They were very helpful and we had no trouble with the policy (although to be fair, we never made a claim). |
