Why is OAP Travel Insurance so darn expensive? I cant find a good price anywhere |

Lets be honest here, the main reason they charge OAPs so much is that reckon the likelihood of you falling ill whilst abroad is much higher than that of a 25 year old. Unfair, but probably statistically true |

Well you do have one thing going for you, you should be able to at least find a cheaper version online than any in-store branches will offer you. Even if the premiums are quite high at least you will get a 5-10% discount for buying online. |

I got mine from Travel insurance direct and it only cost me £16 for a two week trip to Europe, which I thought was quite good. |
