I have realized that my National Savings’ ISA is not making any money at all and was wondering if there are any ways to transfer it? I am getting about 2% at the moment there must be others that have a higher rate right?

Well I would say you are getting quite a decent rate for the moment, I would stick with NSI. All of the banks are doing very poorly at the moment so any other ISA will still give you a lesser figure or the same. If you are adamant that you want to change then perhaps look in to Bonds, but you will have to ensure that you keep it in for a fixed amount.
