I applied for Student Finance ready for uni and it has been approved. But then when I log in online the website says that they have sent me a “Student Finance identity declaration form” to sign. But it has been ages now and I haven’t received it. I tried calling them but I just get put on hold and no one answers. I mean, I understand its a busy period but they should at least pick up. Is there any way of them emailing me this? Or can I download it or pick it up from the local council?

You wont be able to download it as each declaration that is sent out is different as it has your identity details on it and also details regarding how much you will be receiving. Perhaps you could try going to your local council to see what has happened. Maybe they would be able to print one out.
