Does anyone know the system for student finance @ Hertfordshire University? What grants and scholarships do they offer?

It sometimes depends what you're studying. They offer £1,000 bursaries (= non-repayable!) if you're studying health related subjects, and there are scholarships available for sports, music, engineering and science. These scholarships can pay you anything from £500 to £3,000. You could also get £3,000 a year (also non-repayable!) if you have a business idea and are a budding entrepreneur. If you have special talents in your chosen subject and are considered to be a gifted student you could get up to £2,000 a year from the Chancellors Gifted and Talented Scholarship!
