When it comes to student banking it seems that NatWest, Barclays and HSBC seem to win hands down but I am looking for something different in a student account. Citibank has always interested me, do they have a student’s account? If so do I just apply online? Do I get the overdraft like with the other banks?

It seems not icon_frown.gif the seem to offer student accounts in America, so unless you were planning on studying abroad then no they do not. All I can say is that don’t dismiss the big banks, they are obviously the top because people stay with them and like the service they provide. Especially when it comes to things like overdrafts etc, you are always better off knowing that help is there when you need it.
