A free students account for international students?

Rupa Rupa Posts: 3	Perhaps try a building society instead of a bank, I don’t think they have any charges. Have a look at Nationwide as I have had a look on their website and it doesn’t mention anything about charges to foreign applicants. Have you tried a comparison site? Will you be staying long in England? If its only for a short period then sometimes it is easier and sometimes even cost effective to just pay for transaction fees etc from back home instead of opening an account, converting money, closing bank account and monthly fees.
