Uses for interest rate download software?

I've seen that you can get some software that works out the current interest rate. Download is sometimes even free, but how useful is this really? |

You can find a download somewhere for everything! The interest rate widgety things can be useful if you're trying to keep track of interest rate changes in order to guarantee the best deals. For example, if you're trying to get a mortgage with the lowest rate and have narrowed your choice down to the mortgage deals from four banks, you could use the interest rate program to check these four rates and then apply when the rate is lowest. Of course, you would need a download that allowed you to input the relevant sources for the rates, or that had been designed to track rates that interest you. If you think that something like that might prove useful, download a few free programs and see what you reckon! |
