Problems with Yorkshire Building Society internet saver… HELP!!!!

I have some major problems with my Yorkshire Building society internet saver and I am not sure what to do. I have tried calling the phone number on the website but by the time I get through all my credit goes and I get cut off and I have spent far too much now on trying to call. There is a big header when I log in to my account saying that this is an enquiry service only and that I am not permitted to do anything online just look. Why could this be? How do I get around it? Will the team in branch be able to sort it out for me or do I have to call the web team in order to fix it?

Do you have any money in your account? Sometimes these types of notices are put on your account to make sure that you don’t try and transfer money out when you have no funds. If this is not the case perhaps there has been some strange activity on your account and they are waiting for you to confirm before they unblock your account.

    The in branch team should be able to help you, and if not at least they will be able to give you a phone to call the number saving you some money.
