I am looking for a Nationwide instant access account but I am not sure which one to go for. I want to make sure that I am at least getting a decent rate even if I know I can no longer live off interest alone. But still, I want to be able to see some difference of putting my money in to a savings account. I have quite a large amount that I would like to put in to savings but I do not want to be limited to anything fixed term as I want to have the flexibility if I need the money in the next year. Can someone help me decide what would be appropriate for me as when I look online there are just so many choices that I cant see the differences and which one I should go for. Thanks

I would say that at the moment the best Nationwide instant access savinsg account is the e-Savings Plus account. However you didn’t mention fi you would be comfortable with banking online or whether you prefer an in-branch account? If online banking is ok then this really is the best one they offer at the moment. The rate is a lot higher than there other products however there are some limitations. You cannot make more than 3 withdrawals in a year. If you want more than 3 withdrawals in a year this is also still possible but you will have a lower rate. I would check out the details on their website.
