My husband opened a Halifax web saver variable rate account for me as I am completely useless when it comes to computers but it offered the best rate at the time. Now, he is away on business, and I am not sure what I can do to take some of the money out. He told me to transfer it over in to our current account but I don’t know how to do this. Do they have some kind of online guide that I could use? Or even a phone operator that could help me use it?

Don’t you have the cash card? Usually the Halifax web saver, variable rate or normal, comes with a cash card that you can take to the cash point? If you haven’t received it yet then I am sorry I cannot help you as transferring online is not my speciality neither, but perhaps ask your husband to make sure he has it as you should have one…
