I read somewhere about something called Pensions day, or A-Day or something…… what is this? Is it coming sometime soon? Why is it important? I am about to take out a Pension as I just got my first job but I want to make I am informed of any new information/changes happening in case I need to act quickly or wait until they occur.

It was the day when they completely changed the pension systems in UK but if you just got your first job maybe you weren’t old enough to have heard about it.

What kind of Pension are you looking into? Is your company going to make contributions. The sooner you start saving for your pension, the better, don’t leave it too late, you’ll be surprised what a few years difference can make to the amount you have when you get to my age!!!!
