My company introduced smart pensions earlier last year and I was just wondering what is going to happen if I decide to leave the company? Will I only be able to defer / transfer what I've put in personally up to the point the scheme changed?
Any info / experience would be appreciated.

I think the best thing to do would be to ask your scheme administrator. There are two different types of schemes and depending on which scheme they adopted you will either get all the total amount transferred including their contributions or go trhough a long process of difficult calculations to figure out how much they will give you.
