Is it necessary to send medical forms to the pensions office?

Is it really worth me sending a medical form to the pensions office even if the form is inconclusive? I was told I was only meant to send forms that show a permanent prognosis but as I am going to have to get further testing in order to be diagnosed, is it really worth me sending it now? |

I would think so, I mean it’s better to keep them informed all along that way if something does come about you haven’t hidden anything. |
