How would retirement income windfall tax be fair?

I recently read that Madam speaker Nancy Pelosi wants retirement income windfall tax to become a reality. It would mean that any profits made on the stock market would be subject to tax to try and help unemployed minorities and illegal immigrants. Is this true? What kind of tax numbers are we talking? |

I heard about this. Apparently it was all made up though. It was something to do with a blog that someone had in America that was completely unsubstantiated and had no real quotes. I mean if you type it in Google all you find is a long list of how this was a rumour made up on some blog and that its false, so until someone else decides that this is another interesting way to make money off people we are safe for the moment. |
