Help trying to calculate pension levy….

Joel Joel Topic creator Posts: 3	Can anyone help me calculate pension levy figures for my salary? I have tried some of the calculations online and I always seem to get different figures to that which I am actually paying. I then asked some friends of mine and I seem to be paying €15 more than they do even though one of them earns around 20% more than me. How is this possible? How are the calculations done?

Joachim Joachim Posts: 4	Could it be something to do with arrears? Perhaps you could hang on until next month and check your pay next month to see whether it has evened out? But also don’t forget overtime is subject to pension levy so if you have done any overtime don’t expect it to just be added on. If you still can’t figure it out you should go to your HRM and ask for a breakdown of levy charges.
