I have to declare “pension payments not including superannuation” on a form I have to submit but have no idea what pensions superannuation is.

Superannuation is simply another way of saying the contributions that your employer makes towards your pension scheme, if any.

    Is there usually a specific percentage or formula that determines how much I contribute and how much my employer contributes? Or does it vary depending on the company?
