I have been looking for days now and every company I phone, even ones that claim to offer pet insurance for pre-existing conditions, just turn me away. My puppy was born with a heart murmur and no-one seems to want to cover him I don’t know what to do.

No, not that I have found but good luck though, everywhere I seem to try just isn’t bothered, and then animal protection groups go nuts when pets are abandoned. Perhaps they should say something to the insurers who refuse to cover them. It is ridiculous. Perhaps you could try the PDSA for help, if they have any advice.
