Hi there, I'm in need of some guidance please. How easy is it to get approval for loans for unemployed tenants? I think that this kind of loan may work out cheaper than a standard personal loan but I'm not sure...

You can still get a loan, but you'll need to do your homework. Remember that a lender won't give you something for nothing. They'll want to see how much you can afford to borrow, including the reasons why you need the loan and your repayment plan. If you are getting benefits this may be enough to qualify you as an 'earner', depending on how much you want to borrow. I would suggest contacting the Citizens Advice Bureau for some free advice, and trawling the comparison sites for loan deals too!
