According to their website I can organise a personal loan via telephone banking @ Yorkshire Bank! Does this mean I can arrange to have the money transferred into my account and everything? |

Don't get too excited... I don't think you can just give them a call and get them to transfer a few thousand into your account when you feel like it! I think it's more likely that you can contact them via telephone banking and request a loan. They'll ask for all the usual information, like how much you want to borrow, for how long, for what purpose, etc. They may even be able to approve your request while you wait, if you have a good credit score or they can see that you'd be able to make your repayments from your income. But unless you've already been approved for a certain loan amount, or a certain amount of credit, I don't imagine they'll be able to transfer the funds to you that quickly. |
