What happens if I lose my NatWest student account railcard? I opened my NatWest about 3 years ago now and have loved using the railcard they give you when you open an account, and used it all the time. It saved me so much money, but then I just got back from my year abroad and it seems that I must have lost it when I was abroad. I really would like it again and am hoping I won’t have to pay for it. Will NatWest issue me with a new one?

I am not sure, the exact same thing happened to me but I didn’t check with NatWest as I needed the card soon so I just paid for a new one. I saved so much on that one ticket from London to Newcastle that it paid for itself.
