Do I need online banking to remortgage online? And how much of the process is actually online? Do I have to post certain documents too?

I haven't actually remortgaged online, so perhaps someone else has the definitive answer..? But in my experience any contract you have to sign will need to be printed out and sent by mail. This is what happened when I applied for my credit card online: I gave my details and set the whole contract up via the interactive online form, then it constructed a paper version. I had to print this off, sign it, and send it off to the card services department of the bank. It does save time though!
