If I were to buy say £600 worth of premium bonds, are chances of winning good or just the same as other lotteries etc? I have heard stories of people winning quite a lot through premium bonds but I was wondering whether it was just for those who buy the maximum 30,000? I had a quick look on the NSI site and it does seem that the higher winners are always those with loads….. so is it no use getting such a small amount?

Well it really does depend. I was lucky and with only £300 I managed to earn about £500 over 2 years and there are people that have the maximum and never win. It really is just like the lottery, but atleast you can get your money back icon_wink.gif I think they are great in that sense. If you are secure enough without that money then you can just forget about it, if you win great, if you don’t then you haven’t lost anything!!!
