Which insurance company is behind insuranceserviceonline? If it's Protective Life Insurance then why isn't their website called protectivelifeinsurance? |

Is there a law that it has to be?! Maybe that name was already taken (there's a .com website called just that!), or perhaps they decided that the name was better. A lot of companies try to get the optimum website name for the search engines, so perhaps they thought that a 'general' name would work better than a specific 'brand' name. The company 'behind' the name is definitely Protective Life Insurance though, and they've been around since 1907.
