Hello, I need some help with an investment value analysis. I am supposed to compare different investment values for a project but don't know where to start! |

Do you need to assess the ways in which investment values are used or calculated? I hope this is for school and you're not an investment banker, ha ha! An investment value is basically the market value of something, which means, the price that something would fetch on the open market. So, if you have an old car, you might think it's worth £10,000, but on the open market it would only fetch £7,000. That is the market value / investment value of the car. Investment values are often calculated depending on all possible circumstances. For example, an investment value will decrease if there are many cars of that make available, but increase if that make of car is very rare! I assume that you'll have to compare / analyse the way in which these investment values are reached? What exactly is your task? |
