I am sure that when I was a child my parents took out a couple of National Savings and Investments Premium bonds in my name but that was over 30 years ago. I am not sure what to do to try and find out. Will they accept just a name and date of birth etc or do I have to have the numbers to see if I have won anything? Plus as my parents have both passed away I have no proof so not sure how to get more info.

So sorry to hear your parents passed away. I think there is some kind of tracking service on their website.
