Advice from a Halifax Bank investment account holder?

I've been looking around at different investment options, and I think Halifax offers some good deals. Does anyone have experience with a Halifax Bank investment account? Any good or bad aspects to report? |

Halifax publishes a Customer Satisfaction Survey which gives details of customer happiness. In March of this year they managed some great numbers! 7 out of 10 happy, and 9 out of 10 happy with the online banking. I suppose it depends how you want to invest your money – in branch, on phone, on internet... there are different satisfaction levels depending on how people did their banking! Online and in person rank best with 9/10. |
