I heard that many of the home insurance providers nowadays allow you to make your claim online as long as you have all the necessary documentation. Does the home insurance Esure offer such a service? I have just checked and their claim number is an 0845 number which is going to cost a bomb from my mobile.

I doubt it, on their website they say that they don’t have claim forms, if they don’t have claim forms then how else would you be able to claim. Plus all records need to be kept through their telephone system so I am guessing you would have to call. Have you tried the www.saynoto0870.com site? They have a lot of the numbers that companies use and don’t show so you can usually get through to them on a normal landline number, then you can just use your minutes from your mobile if you have a contract.
