I was planning on getting home contents insurance for my term flat as I go home most weekends and I am worried as it is in a student halls that is known for theft :-S wished they’d have told me that before but I’m guessing they cant put it on the brochure icon_smile.gif I was planning to get contents insurance, NatWest as they have offered me a good rate, but then my mom said I should check online as there will probably be better deals. What’s the general rule? I think that they gave me a pretty good quote in branch but I am guessing the internet always saves money right?

Yeh probably, I mean there are also online codes you can use such as NW15 which offers you contents insurance @ NatWest for 15% less. Also I think there are specials where they give you cash back etc. But still I would go back in branch and say that you have seen this online and you never know maybe they can do the same for you, if you prefer doing things in person.
