I'm planning to move to America to live with my boyfriend in six months or so. What kind of USA insurance companies can you recommend for cover and service? |

Do you have a job to go to? If so you may be able to get health insurance, or at least a suitable recommendation, from your new employer. If not, you may find that staying for any longer than a few months is impossible anyway (unless you get married!) and you might be covered for a short period of time by your current insurer?? In terms of the best company, it will depend what you're looking for and your own medical history. If you're determined to get private insurance, I think a broker might be your best bet: they can compare the best deals to suit your particular requirements. |
