One thing I don’t understand about the Tesco dental insurance claim form, it says on it that the dentist declaration has to be my dentist that I have had over the past 12 months. But I didn’t go to this dentist for that long, does that mean I can’t make a claim? |

If you read further down you will find that this is only if it is the first time you have been to this dentist. As you said you haven’t been with this dentist for that long I assume that you have at least been to them before. Then you should be fine, as they already have you on their system from your last claim I guess. |

Is this your first claim? if this is your first claim with them but you haven’t been with the dentist for longer than 12 months you can only claim the cost of your check up no treatments |
