I am an online review freak and always look for reviews before buying things (thank you internet!) But I was surprised this time as usually reviews come back well once I have decided on a certain company as they are usually well –known, reputable companies. But when I thought I had decided on Aviva for my policy it came back with only 0.4/5. How can the health insurance Aviva provide be so bad when their products are usually the best? I couldn’t believe it. Has anyone had any good experiences with them? Why are they so bad?

I am quite surprised at that, like what you said, their other products are usually very good. Perhaps it was just a couple of people’s bad experiences that bought down the whole average? Not every client is going to be happy when it comes to claiming from insurance companies. Perhaps try another review forum and see whether their other products are rated low? If so then you know to take it with a pinch of salt.
