Reported card stolen to Yorkshire bank Wakefield but still not received new one…

It has been over 8 working days now and I still haven’t received my new card. I reported it stolen to Yorkshire Bank (Wakefield Branch) but I am worried that they haven’t reported it correctly or that something has gone wrong. Does this happen often, or do you think it is just held up in post?

    Yeh but come on 8 working days is a bit much, I got mine in 3 days.

    I would call them and find out whether it has in fact been reported and then if not make a huge complaint!!!! Even if it won’t make any difference whatsoever, as it never does lol at least you can vent your frustration. I mean if they haven’t yet reported it, and you say it was stolen who’s to say it hasn’t been used by the people who stole it? I would be careful and definitely check it as soon as possible.

    I suggest calling them on their stolen card number and check with them that they have it registered as stolen. I think you will be able to find the number on their website.
