I have no idea what I am doing wrong but I must be a completely moron cus I cant seem to register for the Yorkshire Bank secure code with the Mastercard. I have been entering what I believe to be the write details for ages now and each time there just seems to be one problem then another. What can I do? Could there be something wrong with my internet causing it to block the registration? I don’t know if that is completely absurd but I am clutching straws now.

There can be problems caused by your internet provider or your firewall. Sometimes if you have a certain type of software that prevents pop-ups this can slow things down. I would try and turn off your pop-up blocker for a little while and see whether you are able to log in then.

I thought you didn’t HAVE to register, I have made countless payments without this secure code and I have never had any problems, just carry on as you are, don’t push the register button.

No I had a problem on Amazon and the declined my payment every time until I register with the secure code thing. You should definitely try and find out whats wrong.

Have you tried the helpline? I found this number on their problem pages 0870 241 8590 so you could probably try them I am sure they should be able to tell you what the problem is. icon_biggrin.gif
