Problem with using NatWest mastercard online?

Rakhi Rakhi Topic creator Posts: 1	I seem to be having trouble using my NatWest Mastercard online. I only just received it a few days ago but there are a couple of bills that needed paying so thought I could just use it straight away online. I have put money in the account when I opened it so I am sure there is enough in the account, but I cant understand why none of the payments will go through and they don’t give me any explanation.

Jessica Jessica Posts: 7	Did you call to activate your card when you first received it? If so, have you read the T&Cs of the card yet, sometimes there are special conditions to certain cards that say that you have to withdraw money from a cash point as the first action that the card makes. I would pop down to the cash point and see whether it works there first, if it does and then online it still doesn’t work then you have a problem. If not then perhaps there is a problem with the card. Either way you will find out.
