I have had a problem using my card at the NatWest Edware road cash mashine. I took out £50 last Friday and I just got my statement through and it is saying that I took it out twice. Is there anything I can do? How can I prove that I didn’t take this money out twice? Or is it impossible? Has anyone else had this problem? |

Sometimes it would be hard to prove but usually if you go in to a branch and inform them of the problem then they will audit the machine and see whether the amounts add up. If there was a real problem with the machine then they will refund you the difference. But as it has been a couple of weeks now I am not sure if it is the same as I am guessing that the machines are filled/emptied every so often. But definitely go in branch and explain to them what happened. |
