Looking for cool account with Visa Debit card (Abbey would be good!)

Chandler Chandler Topic creator Posts: 2	I'd like to get an account with a Visa Debit card. Abbey would be good if possible because I used to bank with them before and they were ok. I can only get a Visa Electron card until I'm over eighteen (I'm seventeen), but I think Visa Debit's better. Is there another 'nice' bank offering a Visa Debit?

Esme Esme Posts: 4	To be honest it may not be worthwhile to search about for a Visa Debit when it's only one year of 'inconvenience' (or less!). The Visa Electron works exactly the same way as a Visa Debit, except for cheque guarantee, which I guess is not your main concern. Do you have a lot of problems paying with the Electron? Get used to paying with cash and save yourself trouble with money management in the future, ha ha! You may not be able to organise a Visa Debit until you're over eighteen anyway.
