I have found my “lost” NatWest debit card. I have already requested a new one and had this one cancelled, what should I do? Also how to I update my mobile phone banking service seeing as my card number will change? Does anyone know how long it takes for them to send out a new card as it has been a while now?

Usually I have received all previous NatWest cards within 3 working days but I think they suggest 7 working days (especially with the way the post is at the moment). If you don’t receive it by them, I’d call them. You don’t need to do anything with the old card, just cut it up and throw it out.

There must be a service for the mobile phone banking service, check their website.

Won’t the phone banking be updated automatically seeing as its part of the bank? Won’t they already have access to your records?
