I will be moving to Czech for a while and will need to open an account whilst I am there, but the thing is, is that I will need to make quite a few international transaction and I don’t want to be forced to go to the bank every time I have to do so. Unicredit was recommended to me by a colleague who also worked in Czech but after reading online reviews I have found that HVB Bank could also be a possibility. Could someone with previous experience in this kind of situation tell me who is the best for international online banking: Unicredit or HVB Bank? |

I would say stick to your own account, Czech banks are notorious for not only taking forever to process international transactions but they also charge ridiculous fees for transfers, even incoming foreign transfers. Not great if you want to transfer some money from back home. |
