Ultimate Reward Current Account Halifax benefits worth £13/month?

I was told that I the Ultimate Reward Current Account Halifax offers a good deal as there are loads of “freebies” and as I was looking for both a new account and travel insurance it was a good way to combine the two. I can see online that the list of benefits really is impressive but is it really worth the £12.50 a month especially if some of the free stuff isn’t relevant for me. For example I already have breakdown cover and I don’t own a home so the home emergency cover wouldn’t be useful either. Would love to have your opinions! |

Well even though it might be a bit tedious, maybe the easiest solution is to find out how many of the things you would actually benefit from and then see how much they would cost over the year and whether it is less than £150. At least that way you would know whether or not you are saving and if you actually need the freebies. |
