Has anyone downloaded the new security software, Rapport, for online banking? NatWest are offering it for free but I don't know if it's necessary. Do I need any protection for NatWest online banking?

You don't have to protect yourself at ALL, but it's a good idea. When your bank offers you something for free you should probably accept it, ha ha. The software is just intended to minimise the risk of fraud, which can only be a good thing. You should probably download it even if you think it's useless: maybe if you're a victim of fraud and you didn't have the free software, NatWest won't be too sympathetic to your predicament! And it can't hurt to have extra protection!
