I am having trouble logging on to my online banking. AIB seem to not recognize my registration number, even though I have it right in front of me. They sent me the details for online banking a long time ago but I have never had chance to use them, do you think that they could have deleted my details because I hadn’t used them within a certain period of time?

Not sure if it is the same number but I had to call 1890 24 2000 a while back because I forgot my registration number and couldn’t find the letter anywhere. They were quite helpful, and it doesn’t take forever to get through to them, but perhaps its best to email their technical problem people. I think the info is on their site somewhere.
