What should I do if there's an error with my online banking? MCB are at fault or not? I took money out at an MCB ATM on holiday and it claims I took out twice as much as I did on my online banking statement!

You'll need to get in touch with your bank and let them know. To be honest I'm not sure how likely it is that you can get this sorted out... You'll need to prove that you weren't given two sets of money... Ideally you'll have an ATM receipt, the address of the MCB ATM, and any additional information about the ATM. Was there anything suspicious when you withdrew the cash? If you're extremely lucky they'll have viable CCTV footage to prove that you only took out one lot of money... This kind of thing is very unusual though: it's not like credit card fraud, so I'm not sure how much protection is in place!
