Problem with Barclays verified by visa…

I seem to have a problem with online purchases. I have been using online banking for a while now and I know how to buy things online, but the thing is I recently opened a new account with Barclays and when I tried to pay for something online last week I got redirected to Barclays’ verified by visa. I entered in my details and then waited for it to go through only to be told that I had entered incorrect details and that my online purchases would be suspended. I am not sure who to call now. I tried calling one of the 0870 numbers it told me but then after using up £9 of my credit I was cut off. I don’t want have to top up again just for this. Is there anything else I can do? |

Go in branch… they have their own phone there that you can use to call such numbers so that you don’t have to pay. Even better, before calling ask the receptionist and explain your situation, perhaps they will be able to help you directly. |
