Can you believe this, I have just received a letter from Lifestyle Services, (the people who offer mobile phone insurance via the NatWest Advantage Gold Account) and they have said that they have rejected my claim as I didn’t report it in time. I reported it within three days, THREE Days!!!! And yet they say that you only have 8hours. How can you send a letter with all the proof needed for them to receive it within two days? That is ridiculous, no wonder people hate these kind of accounts now, there is no point in using cheap, tag-on insurance…. Advice to all considering the NatWest Advantage account simply for insurance reasons…. DON’T!!!

I know, they just mess up everything. The Advantage accounts all seem very promising on paper, but when you actually try and use the services they offer with it, you realise how shitty they are. I mean if you were with a bigger name, like Direct Line for example I doubt they would make you send in all the documents within 48 hours.
