I like to have my facts straight before I buy something or take out a new service and I am normally pleasantly surprised when I read reviews online. But I was shocked recently about the Yorkshire Building Society rating that I found on www.reviewcentre.com. They only got a measly 1.8/5. I was planning on going with them for a new ISA but after having seen this I don’t think I will. Why are they that bad? |

I don’t think they are that bad, I just think people like to moan I mean if you look through all of the other Building society reviews you will see that I don’t think one got over 2.5% now I doubt that all these BS’S are that bad, I mean loads of people bank with them. |

I don’t know if it is Yorkshire building society or just all post accounts that sucks but I am not too pleased about the service at this point in time. I sent off all my details over a month ago to YBS and still haven’t heard from them. Come on, these are important documents that I had to send away and I still have no idea where they are. |
