I was planning on making an international transfer to one of my accounts abroad but I am not sure if I can do it via online banking. Clydesdale staff are always usually very helpful but when I called up the other day to find to the woman was rude and unhelpful See, the problem is is that I am currently studying abroad and they put my grant into my UK account and I need the money here in Italy. Can I transfer it online or do I have to be in UK to do that?

Why don’t you just take out the cash and put it in your Italian account, it shouldn’t cost that much in commission and that way you don’t have to wait. You will have the money straightaway.
